You need to Place the .Deb File to your device thru SSH.

-SSH into your iPhone
-Place file to /var/root/
Use Mobile Terminal or putty
username: root
password: alpine
dpkg -i /var/root/bitesms_4.1_wortel.deb
Press enter
Respring or reboot....
